HIGH SPIKE PRESSURE

Is your pressure washer stalling when you close the trigger?

Does your pressure hose burst all the time?

Do you have much more pressure when you first open the trigger than you do during operation?

Your spike pressure may be too high for your pressure washer. Here are some solutions.

Solution

Unloader Over-Adjusted
Back Unloader Adjustment Out.**
Unloader By-Passing
Check Ball And Seat And Replace If Necessary.**
RPM On Motor Is Too Low
Adjust RPM to Unit Specification.**
Throttle Control Valve Malfunction.
Check Operation And Ensure Unit Is Getting Proper RPM. **

** It is recommended that a qualified technician perform this procedure.
