NOISY / ROUGH OPERATION

When your pressure washer is squealing or clacking and possibly "walking" all over the place certainly there is a problem.

Is the end near for your machine? Not necessarily. Here are some common causes for a rough-running or screaming pressure washer.

Restricted Inlet Or Air Entering The Inlet Plumbing
Check Inlet Plumbing For Water Or Air Leaks. Check Inlet Screen/Filter And Clean Or Replace As Needed.
Stuck Inlet Or Discharge Valves
Check Valves And Replace As Needed.**
Mechanical Damage Inside Crankcase
Check Plungers, Connecting Rods, Bearings And Crankshaft For Damage And Replace As Needed. **
Inlet Water Is Too Hot Reduce Water Temperature Below 145F (63C)
